Aurobay is looking for a People & Culture Specialist/Project Manager who wants to contribute and challenge the overall business plan by creating and supporting the development and implementation of effective HR strategies, processing programs and activities for a limited period.

What you’ll do:

As a People & Culture specialist and project manager, you will lead the projects, implementation, and training with close cooperation with People & Culture Business. The focus areas will be Culture, Performance, and Manning. You will also keep track of the subject matter areas to ensure that external development is considered and utilized when developing procedures in the field of People & Culture. As a Project Manager you will be accountable for executing the procedures in-line with agreed policies and guidelines.

- You are looking for a position where you can use your analytical skills to make appropriate diagnostics and you have a business acumen to engage and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.

You are self - driven and structured individual who enjoys collaborating with colleagues.
