You are an experienced leader with good capabilities regarding entrepreneurship, performance and working together. You enjoy leading others, building strong relationships and communicate in a clarifying and inspirational way. Your seniority shows in the way you collaborate with your team and key stakeholders. It is crucial that you can navigate and include a broader People & Culture community when it´s needed.


You can foresee and anticipate changes and improvements that enable the total transformation. You also link transformation needs to development needs within People & Culture.


To succeed as a People & Culture Transformation Project Leader you need:


- previous experience from working with Transformations
- proven track record from leading teams and leaders
- experience within P&C (e.g. people processes)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the position as People & Culture Transformation Project Manager you will be responsible to secure a caring and professional People & Culture agenda in all our Ingka Transformation initiatives. Together with your team you will support Transformation initiatives when it comes to people consequences and implementation.


In this role you will also:


- secure the People &Culture support towards the countries and group functions when it comes to implementation of all Ingka Transformation initiatives
- be responsible to identify and address development needs within the Transformation to meet the needs of the future of Ingka
- collaborate closely within the People & Culture community to address and secure the development needs identified through the transformation initiatives
- secure transfer of knowledge, data, reports and follow up to stakeholders within People & Culture, Transformatin Steering Group, Management Board and Supervisory board


be part of the Transformation management team, contributing to the totality of the Transformation agenda


This position will be placed in Malmö.
