Job Summary

Find your next opportunity in our highly skilled People Data team within HR at Tetra Pak.
Data quality is a cornerstone for all our integrated People applications and supported systems, where the People Data team ensures that data is up to date, timely and accurate. We belong to the HR Service Centre in Lund; a centralised HR service organization for all Tetra Pak operations in Sweden with the aim to deliver high value HR services to all managers and employees.
In order to further strengthen the team, we are now recruiting a People Data analyst based in Lund, Sweden.
The role consists of three main areas of responsibility:
Coordination and Improvement
To be able to continuously stay relevant and ensure a data driven and collaborative environment, this role will act as a “spider in the web” towards other HR functions and internal stakeholders to identify gaps and suggest improvements on our way of working. This role will also contribute by suggesting and/or develop technical solutions to support the identified areas of improvement.
Analytics and reporting
This role is for someone who loves (!) data. Someone who both understands how to analyze it and the impact it has on the business success. You will work with understanding our reporting tools and contribute to develop new solutions in order further improve the way we work with data and information.
Operational support
As part of the People data team, you will as a part of your daily job handle incoming inquiries and deliver maintenance, administration and quality controls, both on organizational but also employee level.
What you will do
Professional handling of People Data related inquiries and tickets such as organisational and employee changes, employments, exits etc.
Extract and develop reports and deliver HR insights to support the business
Maintenance of People Data with a proactive approach
Contribute to developing our People Data Management by automating our administrative routines and work processes
Identifying client needs through collaboration and interactions
Gatekeeping and ensuring People Data quality
We believe you have
We are looking for a curious and analytical colleague with the ability to merger client needs with our current and future People Data structure. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are well organized and thorough with details and at the same time able to translate and identify client needs through collaboration and interactions.
You must have some years of experience managing large volumes of data and worked hands-on with retrieving, transforming and uploading data – building a data structure in relation to an HCM solution.
You hold a university degree, preferably within IT, Systems Sciences, Human Resources or similar. You have excellent Excel skills and can preferably create/edit macros and you are eager to learn and develop these skills further. Experience from SAP SuccessFactors or another advanced HCM system is highly valued.
Excellent Swedish and English skills, spoken as well as written, are also required.
