Centre of Expertise People Development is a global organisation working in the area of Capability Development and Global People Development processes.
We are now looking for a Global Process Manager to join our team.
As a Global Process Manager your main responsibilities will be to:
- Design and continuously improve the People Development Processes (Performance Management, Competence Development, Career Development and Succession Planning) including supporting systems.
- Lead together with the line organisations the implementation and the follow up of these processes.
- Design/select and take the ownership of Tetra Pak's global Assessment methodologies & tools.
- Support the organisation with assessments by building up & manage a global virtual network of certified assessor.
The position will be based in Lund, Sweden and includes travels world-wide as well as interaction and co-operation across the entire Tetra Pak organisation.

Successful applicants are quality as well as result oriented team players, combined with a persistency and individual drive.A very good business understanding is highly valuable.The position will give you the opportunity to use your skills of establishing a wide network, and show your ability to communicate and present information both written and verbal with consistency and pedagogical approach.The ability to influence and make use of informal authority across all levels including top management in Tetra Pak is essential.
You have solid experience from People Development processes both from a design and execution point of view.
Preferably you have a University degree within Human Resources, focusing on People Development processes.Excellent command of the English language, both orally and in written form are needed within Tetra Pak s global matrix organisation.
