Are you a true change leader with a passion in performance and people experience?
As People Development Lead your role is to create an environment where our people feel motivated to achieve objectives, take on new ways of working and enhance their own performance and development. It will be your responsibility to implement our Performance strategy supported by a module in our HR system, while also focusing on creating a process for onboarding and offboarding. You will own and drive our employee survey and the process across all regions. You will also have a significant role in enabling our people and teams to develop and lead Stena Line into future success.
In this role you will work closely together with your colleagues across the People & Communications department, both on a corporate level as well as regional. As people are our most important asset your contribution will make a difference and you will have the whole organisation as your arena.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Own, drive and develop the performance strategy, process, content and training
- Own, drive and develop our onboarding and offboarding process
- Owner of the employee survey process
- Support and coach our business in performance development
- Collaboration in leadership & learning initiatives
- Explore new ways of working and challenge us with new perspectives

With your solid experience and competence in the area, we believe you can contribute and help the team on our exciting journey ahead.
Qualifications:
- Solid HR background, preferably with industry knowledge
- Experience in developing and implementing a Performance process
- Experience working with onboarding and talent management is a plus
- Experience from different digital performance management tools is a plus
- Experience working as a facilitator and conducting individual coaching
- Experience within the leadership development field
- Advanced computer skills and tech savvy
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
