As a People Engagement Producer, you will produce, manage and execute initiatives, events and channels which will bring the Epidemic culture to life in order to attract and retain top employee talent. Together with your team, you’ll be using the People Engagement Strategy, Epidemic Sound Values and our EVP to develop concepts that will be experienced throughout the employee lifecycle.

Your mission is to amplify and produce our culture and create an engaging and inclusive people experience both internal and external.

You’ll work closely with other teams such as Workplace, IT and Sustainability.

More specifically, you will:


* Supporting team members with project planning, budgeting and admin
* Lead, produce and engage specific activations in the People Engagement plan
* Support internal announcements and decision making through creative production
* Conceptualize and manage employer branding initiatives
* Conceptualize and manage local and department centric initiatives

To succeed and thrive in the role of PE producer at Epidemic Sound we believe you have:

* Experience in digital/virtual events
* Excellent project management skills
* Fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and written
