People Experience Expert with focus on competency
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious HR professional to develop the way we work with competency, working closely together with colleagues in the business dimension and other People Experts to drive and support the development of capabilities throughout SKF.
We are on an exiting journey, transforming our way of working towards a truly business-oriented people experience organisation. Part of this is to challenge the current way of working and set new proactive, highly effective and business-oriented processes and tools in place. Your role will be to drive and contribute in this journey, focusing competency- and skills development, as well as being part of the Learning and Development team and collaborate to ensure an excellent employee experience in the total area of engagement and development.
Your focus:
· Actively drive the development of competency management in line with business demands and trends in the market, enabling business critical skills and high employee engagement
· Lead/contribute in pilots and projects to implement change initiatives, new digital tools and processes to support effective and purposeful ways of working
· Collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders globally to support them, as well as enable sharing of knowledge and best practise
· Management of tasks in our current global platform, Cornerstone on Demand, and collaborate with IT to explore new features, enhancement and troubleshooting when necessary
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have experience from people development and are passionate to explore new ways of working to increase business value.
We also expect you to have:
· Professional experience in working with competency management and people development, including good understanding of trends and best practise in the competency management area.
· Experience in project management.
· Good understanding of digital tools supporting people development.
· Ability to translate business needs and challenges into matching solutions.
· Strong drive and ability to make change happen, having experience and being able to collaborate and create value in global teams.
· Hands-on capability to execute independently and with high energy.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
