Mölnlycke is infused with an international atmosphere, where your stakeholders come from many different nationalities and are spread across the world. As a People Experience Partner, you’ll develop and provide qualified partnership and coaching to leaders throughout all our people processes. You will work operationally with delivering excellent support case to case according to business needs. Additionally, you understand and apply the company policies and practices, employment law, collective agreements and other regulations to provide advice and guidance to managers.

In the role as People Experience Partner you work with managers and other stakeholders in Sweden and around the world on a regular basis.

We believe that you have experience as HR generalist in a multinational company and are fluent in English.
Understanding of labor legislations and employee relations practice in Sweden is a requirement.
