At Epidemic Sound we are reinventing the music industry. Our carefully curated catalog, with over 35,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers, streaming services, and in-store soundtracks. Countless storytellers around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on our tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound’s music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations. Headquartered in Stockholm, we’re spread across offices in New York City, Los Angeles, Seoul, Hamburg, and Amsterdam. We’re growing fast, have lots of fun, and are taking the music industry with us.

We are now looking for a People Experience Specialist to join the People and Culture Department at Epidemic Sound’s Stockholm office. 

In this role, you will be part of the People Experience team, which has the responsibility of building Epidemic Sound’s employer brand “from the inside and out ”. We do this by designing and carrying out (and helping others design and carry out) engaging experiences in line with our people promise, towards the current and future epidemic employees, always evaluating and tweaking everything that is done to further release our people’s creativity!

How you will make an impact

As a People Experience Specialist, you support building Epidemic Sound’s employer brand positioning with current and future employees by implementing the employer brand strategy through different concepts, comms, and activations.

You work closely with other members of the PX team as well as the broader People and Culture team, but also with other groups of stakeholders such as Brand & Creative and Internal Comms.

In this role, you will drive and/or support initiatives within areas such as:

- Careers pages and social media

- Employee ambassadorship

- Industry and University events, trade fairs, and sponsorships

- Onboarding days

- Other initiatives to communicate our employer value proposition internally and externally

- You will also support the production of a few select yearly company events



Who you are

For this role, we are not looking for a particular educational background or personality type, but for you to be successful, you should have:

- Experience working with talent acquisition and/or employer branding within the IT sector

- Strong communication skills, verbally as written

- Strong project management skills

- Fluency in English
