We are now looking for a People Experience Specialist – Compensation & Benefits to join our Swedish HR Operations organization. Do you have experience in Payroll and/or Pension and want to work in an international environment? Then you might be the person we are looking for! We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with an interest in broadening their HR knowledge. This role will be placed at Mölnlycke Global Headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
A broad role with a lot of responsibility
In this role you will have a wide range of responsibilities within the areas of benefits, rewards and international assignments.
You will be supporting the annual Compensation and Benefits Process and act as the company expert on tax, insurances and pensions. Furthermore you will drive the local benefits agenda to ensure that the company continuously offer an attractive and competitive benefit package. You will also have full ownership of all communication and administration related to the benefits area including managing our benefits portal.
As a Compensations & Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for facilitating global assignments and international employee relocations from a tax, benefit and social security perspective as well as managing remunerations to our executives and board members.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the external partners supporting Mölnlycke with pension and tax advice, car fleet management and benefits.
You will offer support to payroll in different projects and act as a backup for our Payroll Specialist if needed.
From time to time you are also expected to drive or participate in smaller projects as well as deliver trainings within your areas of expertise. To be successful in the job you establish good relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, such as local and global HR, business leaders and union representatives.
In this role you will be reporting to the People Experience Operations Manager, Northern Europe and be part of a team of highly motivated People Experience Specialists located in the Nordic countries and UK.
Are you the one we are looking for?
For this role, we are looking for a person that has at least five years of experience working with Payroll, e.g. Payroll Specialist or similar. We see it as beneficial if you also have experience from Pension and Tax related matters. If you’ve also been working in an international environment previously, we see that as a plus. For the right person who shows drive, motivation and curiosity to learn more and develop, this role would provide an opportunity to develop within areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Tax Regulations, Insurance matters, dealing with expats and IA, as well as local benefits.
As a person we would love to see that you are a curious, wants to improve processes and make an impact with your work and keeps up to date within your areas of responsibility. You are eager to drive our Benefit Program forward to further improve our employer brand. To be successful in this role you should also have excellent communications skills as well as a strong ability to build trustful and long term relationships.
Fluency in Swedish and English in both speaking and writing is a requirement.
