We are looking for a People Experience Specialist / HR-generalist to the global and big company Mölnlycke Health Care. We are looking for a consultant that will be hired by us at Poolia Väst. We hope that you can start in the beginning of January and work approximately 3 months. It might be extended depending on the sick leave in the team (not work related). Welcome with your application!
Responsibilities
You will be joining the People Experience Operations team of 6 people. Following task will be a part of your working day:
• Provide professional and confidential first line support to employees and managers within the cluster with focus on HR procedures, systems and tools.
• Manage HR administration including archiving in order to drive compliance and to support efficient working processes within the area of HR administration.
• Maintain HR master data in HR systems in accordance with corporate policies, procedures and work instructions to ensure data accuracy at all times.
• To ensure efficient end to end People and Payroll process administration is undertaken and the integrity of the people systems are maintained including, but not limited to payroll benefits, starters, leavers and internal changes.
• First point of contact for regarding payroll and benefits for employees and with providers.
• First line support: independently monitor, respond to, or assign cases in HR Case Management System (Mölnlycke Service Portal, MSP) to ensure they are resolved and/or assigned in accordance work instructions and within defined time frame and quality (SLA). Provide HR related information and support to employees and managers.
• Ensure all employee documentation is in place and correctly reflect employment, changes and exits. (Gather information and furnish documentation) e.g. employment contracts, appendices, leave agreements, allowances, sick notes and leave confirmation letters.
• Responsible for timely payroll processing working with the outsourced managed service provider, reporting and associated admin, maintaining supplier platforms.
• Provide Company Cars administration support, liaising with external fleet providers.
• Keep local People Experience Portal files and other relevant information to employees updated.
• Ensure local new hire, on-boarding, change and off boarding administration processes are undertaken efficiently and reported correctly to external partners.
• Maintain recruitment, employee, position and performance data in SuccessFactors in accordance with manuals and work instructions.
