We are actively looking for people across our global presence, but primarily for our offices in Stockholm, Berlin, NYC and Columbus. Across these, we look at the employee lifecycle holistically and analyze what we can optimize to equip everyone at Klarna with what they need in order to be successful. We proactively identify people challenges and work collaboratively on designing solutions never losing sight of our target audience and customer.

Design and implementation of relevant processes and solutions to boost the employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
Cross functional collaboration across our main areas of expertise - Compensation & Benefits, Equity, Learning & Development, Mobility, Onboarding and more.
Analytical and data-driven decision-making and change management.
Effective communication, tailoring content to the right audience, gaining influence and driving change.



You should have:
A degree from a university. We don’t require any specific subject but Business, Science or Technology is a plus.
Relevant work experience.
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
Passion to drive employee experience to the next level.
