About the role
We are looking for a passionate People Generalist to join our People & Culture team.
As a People Generalist your will be working with operational HR tasks and driving different HR initiatives within areas like Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management and Culture. Together with the Chief People Officer you are responsible for ensuring quality, efficiency and proactiveness in the different HR processes. This means improving and developing current structures as well as initiating new ways of working. You will be joining at a super exiting time since you will be part of building an amazing people experience in a fast-growing dynamic company.
Responsibilities
- Be a super-user in our HR-systems and ensure that the information is correct
- Participate in or lead HR-project and initiatives
- Be point-of-contact for managers and employees regarding employee policies and benefits
- Administrate different people policies and employment documentation, eg. agreements and certificates
- Provide support during reoccurring People activities such as engagement surveys and annual performance and salary reviews
So, who are you?
- Education within Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Experience from working in a broad HR position
- Strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach
- Self-starter attitude and are used to working independently under minimal supervision
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management abilities
