If you are looking to launch your professional career within Human Resources/People Operations, our People Graduate Program is the right place to start! We are currently recruiting for a trainee with leadership potential to our HQ in Gothenburg.
During an intense 21 months (fixed contract) you will rotate through different areas of People Operations and will be put to work on different projects. This will allow you to expand your business knowledge and grow your interpersonal skills. You will benefit from on-the-job learning, trainings and mentoring. The aim is to transition to a permanent role within People Operations after a successful completion of the People Graduate Program.
The purpose of this position is to provide hands on operational support to the people excellence & experience function with its key priority projects, essential to enhancing employer branding, culture and talent outputs for the organization.
The position holder will move through 3 program rotations:
9 months – People Excellence Team
9 Months – People Experience Team
3 months – Job Shadowing with People Business Partner

Key Decisions:
Responsible for ensuring that all communications and actions across the projects are handled with integrity and ethics
Responsible for delivering activities within the identified people excellence priorities projects

Competencies, Qualifications & Experience:
Graduated in the last 18 months
An early professional with at least 6 months of relevant work/internship experience
Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management
Keen to start a career in HR and embrace a new challenge
Results driven and people-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Willing to relocate
