We are now looking for a People Growth Specialist with expertise within professional development, to join our People Growth team. We are not interested in doing things just like everyone else, but instead, we want to deliver at the forefront of what “HR” can be in the 21st century. Responsibilities:
Take the strategic lead to develop our organization within the broader area of professional development and employee engagement, including Salary strategy and mapping, Career development, Internal recruitment, Succession planning, Compensation, Benefits, and Perks. Yes, these are classic HR words, but your execution does not have to be.
Head the initiating, development, and rollout of programs, projects & initiatives that are essential for continuous employee performance and growth.
Empower, prepare & guide our people leaders to be the best enablers of individual career development they can be, not by enforcing strict rules & policies, but by creating flexible frameworks for leaders to be creative within.
Creating guidelines and tools to support our managers in ongoing development conversations with employees including topics as expectations, performance, salary, developmental feedback, and promotions.
Choose & lead our utilization of the latest HR technology and SaaS tools that both help us scale effectively and enable us to focus on the right things.
Together with your team, engage in strategic, creative, and operational work within HR in general.
Requirements:
6+ years of relevant work experience from a culture-driven, diverse, and fast-growing organization.
Been part of a scale-up growth journey, preferably scaling from <100 to >500 in a shorter time span.
Experience in developing & implementing for example:
Salary strategy, mapping, and benchmarking
Career & professional development frameworks
Compensation & benefits packages
Warrant/options programs
Internal recruitment guidelines
Strong Project management & Senior Stakeholder management skills.
Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented.
Fluent in English with good written and verbal communications skills. You don’t have to know Swedish (we are an English-first organization, daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts over 35 different nationalities!)
