People manager for Education

We are looking for a person that can guide and support our staff to grow and take our software and organization to the next level!
Geographical location for this role is Skellefteå or Luleå.
Working as a people manager in TietoEvry Education unit will be rewarding and challenging. You will work close to your staff and colleagues, coaching, sharing knowledge, inspire and be inspired by others. You will grow both as a manager and as a human being. Your staff will mostly be working in agile development teams, but also other supportive roles may be part of your staff.

In a nutshell, in our Product Development team you get to:
Work with highly skilled people and teams Work in a network manner not only inside the production development unit but also with product management, sales, and other units inside TietoEVRY. Meeting and understanding vendors, customers and partners will be vital for you to help our teams to navigate and improve. Coach and support our Product Development unit staff to improve our day-to-day business

To succeed in this role, you need:
Experience from managing personnel
Great coaching and communication skills
Good understanding and first-hand experience of Lean and Agile.
Experience from product development or software development businesses
An open mind and be outspoken to give our discussions a new direction or insights
To speak Swedish and English fluently
