Recruitment & Onboarding
Join our AirForestry team as a Recruitment & Onboarding colleague!
AirForestry is a startup company now taking another giant leap and recruiting a lot of wonderful new colleagues! We really need you to help us with this.
You will be working in the People Operations team.
These are the main areas we would like you to work with:
- Suggest job ads to responsible teamleads or managers
- Communicate with candidates
- Application administration (read, sort, administer, delegate, etc)
- Book interviews
- Support AirForestry colleagues in interviews
- Reference checks
- NDA administration
- System administration (we are using Teamtailor)
- Manage connected people and keep them informed of our activities
- Plan and book the onboarding for recruited colleagues
- Manage onboarding documentation for recruited colleagues
- Manage practical onboarding with clothes and equipment for new colleagues
Naturally, this role will also vary depending on the recruitment volume. So, when there is less to do within recruitment, other duties will be on the agenda.
These could be:
- Helping hand in communications and social media administration
- Working with incoming general questions through mail and phone
- Administration and communication with suppliers and customers

We would gladly see a rather junior colleague in this position, but some experience is naturally also meritorious:
- Former experience of recruitment or People operations related work
- Teamtailor or similar system administrative experience
- Academic degree within HR, communication or equivalent (People ops)
- Talent acquisition
AirForestry has an international focus, so high confidence in both Swedish and English is a requirement.
