Your future
The People Partner role is characterised by variety, and you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the business in Sweden and Norway. You will work in a dynamic environment, drawing on your broad HR toolbox to coach and support leaders through a time of great business transformation.
Build strong relationships with leaders and their teams and be their main point of contact, sparring partner on all people matters.
Drive the local delivery of the annual HR Cycle, including annual performance and talent, compensation, succession, planning and development.
Support leaders with resolving employee issues, support and advise leaders on HR related matters and policies.
Stay up to date with local employment law landscape to ensure local compliance.
Lead and ensure good and efficient union relations.
Work effectively with the entire people team on delivery of people processes as well as to resolve complex cases.
Involved in validation and administration of people data.
Deliver trainings and workshops for local leadership teams and various employee populations on different HR topics.
Participate in on-site recruitment where needed and coordinate and perform employee activities required on site, i.e. onboarding, training sessions.
Work closely with the Global mobility team



About you
This position calls for a person with a great overview and excellent communication and collaborative skills, who can navigate between many different stakeholders and tasks at the same time.
5+ years of experience as an HR generalist and a solid understanding of HR fundamentals including recruitment, people performance management, employee engagement, compensation, development, employee relations.
Passionate about the business and partnering with and supporting leaders to deliver on business results.
Experience with supporting Leaders on different levels.
Knowledge of labor law; experience from working in unionized environments would be beneficial.
Experience from large international or complex matrix organizations and the ability to build and manage relationships internationally and navigate a complex stakeholder matrix
Experience with working with a professional annual HR wheel framework from a large international organization
Good change management, facilitation, and coaching skills
Self-driven, energetic, and a ‘can-do’ mindset
Experience with Workday or similar tool
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
