We are looking for a dynamic and experienced People Partner to join our People team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, strategic partner, and advocate for employees and management at our offices in Stockholm and Uppsala. This role requires a blend of strong People expertise, business acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their goals and aligning People strategies to support them.
Provide expert guidance on a range of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Lead and manage People projects that support the company's strategic objectives.
Coach and develop managers on effective leadership practices.
Collaborate with local and global people team members to implement and improve people processes and programs.

Qualifications
Experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role.
Strong knowledge of People principles, practices, and Swedish employment laws.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
