The role

As People Partner at Annotell you will play an important part when we scale as a company. You will help us in the People & Culture team to deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical People support.

What you’ll be doing

- Continue to develop our employees professional growth by continuously developing and supporting things such as: career development, competence development, performance management, salary reviews and succession planning.

- Ensure that we are an attractive employer when it comes to, for example, comp& ben and work-life balance.

- Coach and partner up with our leaders by expressing ideas and offer solutions from a people aspect and within your area of expertise to strengthen their leadership capabilities.

- Design processes and plans that offer an efficient work flow and develop our way of doing things.

- Educate others on diversity and inclusion to ensure everyone brings their best selves to work.


The team

You will belong to the People & Culture team, consisting of three people. Our mission is to ensure that we scale in the right way, putting people and their happiness first. We help build high-performing teams with a high focus on diversity and equality. So far, we are doing great and have a high retention rate and we are now expanding our team to make sure we keep it that way.

Who you are

You have the right mindset and passion - that is what we value the most. Besides that, we believe that you

- Have an education within HR or equivalent

- A few years work experience from HR, preferably from an international organisation and/or a startup environment

- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Expertise within Swedish labour law and leadership coaching is highly meritorious

- An excellent communicator with a passionate and outgoing personality who isn’t afraid of taking initiatives and challenging people's point of view
