The Body Shop is recruiting a temporary People & Payroll Coordinator for the Swedish and Danish market. The role is responsible for the payroll in Denmark and a have direct contact with our colleagues in Denmark & Sweden. You work widely over the HR-field according to the HR cycle and work closely with the People department and you report direct to the Head of People Sweden & Denmark. This position is a temporary contract for minimum 6 months with high possibility for extension.

In charge of the payroll in Denmark.
Recruitment process
Support managers in Danish and Swedish labor law and personnel related issues
Support our people in the organization in HR related topics
Advice solutions for new procedures, documents aligned with Danish legislation, collective agreements and authorities.
Compliance check and ensure that our internal processes are compatible and aligned with Danish legislation and collective agreements
Ensure that internal processes are efficient and simplified
Produce documents, reports and presentations in the HR forum
Deal with confidential administration in a professional and discreet manner.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have:
2 – 3 years’ experience within HR
Experience of working with Danish outsource payroll
Overall knowledge of Danish labor law
Understanding of Danish employment legislation
Confidence communicator with ability to cope with a fast paced and fast changing environment
Fluent in Swedish and English Good understanding of Danish is preferable
