People Strategy & Labour Relations / Skill Capture Specialist

We are looking for a driven and engaged professional to develop and support Scania worldwide in Skill Capture, Scania’s global framework for Diversity and Inclusion. The work primarily consists of driving the Skill Capture work through our Ambassadors in the Scania organisation which will lead the change in how we think, act and do business.
The Skill capture team
The team you will be joining consists of two people with different backgrounds. Karin who leads the Skill capture team and saw the value of diversity and inclusion first hand after living in India for several years. Jean who joined the team 2 years ago after having worked with the entrepreneurship initiatives at Scania and saw the importance of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation. What do you bring?
In your role, you will together with the team:
• Support the implementation of Skill Capture workshops and follow-ups
• Conduct Skill Capture trainings
• Drive the Skill Capture Ambassadors community
• Participate in continuous development of Skill Capture concepts tools and methods
• Participate in incorporating Skill Capture in corporate processes
• Ensure and participate in a dialogue with various functions like operations and unions (or other employee representatives) with a view to support the organisation
• Develop, implement and follow-up on relevant KPI’s
• Act as an subject matter expert
Your profile
You have a Bachelor or Masters degree and at least 3 years of work experience with diversity and
inclusion. The mission requires strategic, operational as well as administrative skills. You have a growth mindset and genuine interest in building relationships, solving problems and pushing for positive change. We also believe you have analytic skills, good knowledge of project management and change management in a global organisation.
When it comes to communication you need to be fluent in English, both in speech and in writing.
