People Success Manager to Soundtrack Your Brand

Soundtrack offers you a broad role in a dynamic company with both strategic and operational tasks. You will make sure to help and support your colleagues to perform at their best. Your goal is to create a working environment beyond the ordinary. You will be the center of the organization and have contact with employees on a daily basis. To be successful in this role you need to feel comfortable to take responsibility and easily be able to make quick and sometimes difficult decicions.
  
A day at work you will: 
 
* Support & assist HR/Directors 
* Purchasing/ supplier responsibel (office supplies, food ect)
* Make sure that premises looks good
* Onboarding and offboarding of employees
* Involved in payroll management
* HR activities like summer events etc

Who you are 
As a person you are driven, service-minded and have a positive attitude. You work efficiently and have the ability to prioritize your work based on needs. Your past experiences have made you confident for this responsible role and you have the ability to work with varying environment with different tasks. You have an extrovert personality, get things done attitude. 
  
We see that you have a tertiary education preferably within HR and a few years experience of similar tasks. You like a digital environment, enjoy working at a fast pace and like tough challenges. You communicate freely in Swedish and English both verbally and in writing.

Among our customers  are some of the world's largest and most exciting brands as well as your local hairdresser around the corner.
