Your impact
You will play an important role at GOALS, making us reach our vision. Our team is growing fast and now it’s time to streamline our people-processes even more and take strategic moves to ensure we create an arena where people get the right prerequisites to grow, develop and become the impactors we want them to be. Our main focus this far has been on recruiting senior profiles but soon we'll be focusing on attracting people on other levels and we need to start preparing for that. We’re aiming to develop a one of a kind trainee program and being part to make that happen will be included in this position.
As a People and Talent Generalist you will be highly involved in recruitment both on an operational as well as on a strategic level. You will take the lead in assigned recruitment processes, making sure we have the candidate experience in focus but also the organizational fit where you will be a trustful advisor to hiring managers in the hiring decision.
This position will also involve being part of how we continue to build our employer brand and how we align that with preferred activities.
In this role, you will tackle questions such as:
- How to establish an onboarding process that ensure it’s aligned with our employer brand, our hiring process and our vision as a studio
- How do we make sure that we have people on different levels of experience throughout our organization? (strategic workforce planning)
- How do we develop an employer brand relevant to various talent markets
Focus Areas
- Further develop our pre, on, off - boarding processes
- Recruitment on a daily basis (lead of assigned recruitment processes)
- Be part of the development of a trainee program (or similar)
- Be part of building a strong and valid employer brand (develop and execute strategies within employer branding)

We try, test and challenge each other to always have deliveries that we know are well thought through and give real value to the organization. We have different responsibilities in the team but we work closely together to get more than one perspective on what we are working on. You enjoy working in such an environment, sharing knowledge and experience with others.
On paper, we believe that you have
- A university degree within Human Resources
- 4 years of experience working with Recruitment or Human Resources
- Experience of working with recruitment of both junior and senior talents within the tech or gaming industry
- Experience in driving recruitment processes from requirement meeting to signed contract, including skills in competency based interviewing
- Experience in employer branding
- Fluent in English

About the Employment
The position is permanent, starting with 6 months of probationary employment. You can work from our Stockholm office, fully remote or hybrid. It is important that you are able to communicate unhindered in verbal/written English and that you can work in a timezone close to Stockholm (CET 0-3 hours).
For this position we do not offer relocation assistance.
