Configura works with parametric configuration. We develop software to draw spaces in 2D and 3D for leading companies within the commercial furniture, material handling, and kitchen and bath industries. In the background of the software, prices and configurations are automatically calculated so the user can focus on the design. We are a global company with customers in 10 countries and users in more than 100. Configura is headquartered in Linköping, Sweden, with four wholly owned subsidiaries in Grand Rapids, Michigan (USA), Berlin (Germany), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and Shenzhen (China).
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
We have an opening for an energetic and trustful individual who wants to support and coach our Managers and the organization within the HR field! You will support our HQ in Linköping with approximately 100 employees and eventually you will also support our office in Germany as we grow our organization there. People are at the heart of Configura and we are facing an exciting global growth journey with a lot of interesting HR projects in pipeline!
You are eager to find and recruit the best talents to Configura and secure the on-boarding for our new employees. You will work with talent management, employer branding, training & development as well as work environment and well-being. In addition to developing and creating policies, guidelines and strategies globally, you will also take lead in creating processes for our HR projects.
During your first year, one of your focus areas will be employer branding – both globally and locally – as one team member who is responsible for that, is on maternity leave.
You will be part of a global HR team, who all share a passion for people. The global HR team consists of 5 talents spread over USA, Malaysia, and Sweden. You will report to the Global Head of People & Culture, based in Linköping.

You have a passion for people and building strong relationships with trust! Your friends would consider you a “go-getter” as you take on projects and see them through to fruition regardless of barriers. We believe you are a creative individual with an eye for details. While you collaborate well, you can also work independently as you are driven and self-sufficient. You are a communicative person who can work well across different teams and manage multiple projects at once. You have experience from recruitment in tech industry, supporting Managers and you like to have a structure in your work.
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE
Responsibilities:
• Plan for Employer Branding activities and drive collaborations with universities
• Take a lead for recruiting the best employees to Configura Europe and support Managers through the recruitment process
• Secure the on-boarding for new employees
• Talent Management and competence development
• Support Manager’s with HR questions
• Maintain and develop our employee handbook and policies
• Work environment and activities to secure employee well-being
Education:
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in HR or similar.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Positive personality with a lot of energy, not afraid to share and try new ideas
• Willingness to embrace change and seek opportunities for improvement
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Structured
• Some travel will be required in conjunction with global operation
• Skills in German language is a merit
