The Role
NIRAs People Strategy has been a success factor during the six year's growth phase where NIRA has grown from 50 to 120 employees. Our strategy and company goals within People & Organization are capturing the very essence of the kind of workplace we want to be. That’s why all activities in this area, and every decision we make, is meant to support these goals - in one way or another.
We are looking for a People & Workplace specialist who will help us to continue to create outstanding conditions for our leaders, teams and co-workers to grow and perform.
You will take a leading role in translating NIRAs People Strategy and goals into a wide range of activities that boost the employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. More specific, you will lead, coordinate, evaluate and improve people processes within the scope of:
• Talent acquisition and recruiting: Junior and senior talents with a competence based recruiting approach, which includes leading employer branding related activities.
• Learning, development and performance management: You will continue to develop, design and drive people core processes like onboarding, offboarding, employee dialogue and development, performance reviews, competence assessment and continuous learning activities. This work is done in NIRAs digital Learning & Talent platform.
• Wellbeing, work environment and employee surveys that together lays the foundation for outstanding working conditions and a great employee experience.
Besides this, you will provide daily business critical guidance and support to leaders, teams and coworkers.
The Team
You will work in close cooperation with the Head of People & Organization, the management team at NIRA, and the rest of our 120 outstanding coworkers. You will be given the opportunitiy to explore, challenge and implement your ideas. There is great opportunity to find yourself developing within new areas of responsibilities and expertise. We offer a flexible work situation from our Head Office in Linköping.

Personal potential is vital, but to succeed in the role we want you to have:
• Minimum 2 years’ progressive Human Resources experience
• Passionate about HR Tech, digitalization and HR systems/platforms (HRIS).
• Experience from leading and operating Talent Acquisitions & Recruiting processes
• Proven track record of successfully delivering people projects and activities.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective communication, content and presentation skills
• Business English, both verbally and in writing
• Relevant university degree or equivalent education
