We're looking for a passionate Global Performance & Talent Manager (maternity leave cover) in our Talent Management & People Development Team.

About the job
The position is a maternity cover for 15 months, starting January 2024.
Together with the VP Talent Management and People Development you are designing, implementing, and executing our strategic priorities in talent management and performance management and developing talents for enabling the business to have the right person, in the right role and the right time to deliver on Alfa Laval's bold and ambitious strategy. You will also drive the performance management process to help the business be successful and provide global tools and methods to secure the value of the process.
You will support the business leaders and HRBPs through talent reviews, performance development dialogues, and secure critical competencies for the business now and in the future, e.g. by developing and implementing tools and solutions for detecting, assessing and developing talents. You will also be leading the work on defining a multi-year Diversity, Equity and Inclusion roadmap for the group.
The position will be flexibly based in Lund or Tumba or anywhere in Europe and reports to the Vice President Global Talent Management & People Development

You must have proven experience in implementing and driving performance and talent management initiatives as well as working on international and cross functional level.
