Job Description
You track and report the global BSW (Business Service Warehousing) Standard Performance KPI's and ensure the regular validation of actuality and definition.
You prepare and provide the data in a structured way for the regular performance reviews with our internal customers / GB's / business partners.
You are responsible for collection, presentation and distribution of the global BSW targets. You ensure the timely availability of data as well as the distribution of information within our worldwide BSW network.
You overlook the global BSW processes (level 2 & 3) and ensure the up-to-date process landscape.
You ensure the usage of a global standard for the evaluation and assignment of the competences within BSW.
You know about the required competences and create based on that a suitable training concept. Best practice sharing is part of your daily work.

Qualifications
Personality: strong communication skills, curious, flexible, enthusiastic
Attitude: strong service-mindset, ability for problem solving, willingness for cooperation with different levels of hierarchies, team player
Experience & Know-How: physical Logistics processes in warehousing, project management, controlling, process descriptions
Languages: very good in English, German advantageous
Education: Bachelor degree in business administration or similar
