What’s in it for you?
We are looking for a Performance Dialogue Change Leader to join our External Collaboration & PD Support team at Volvo Cars Headquarters in Gothenburg.
The External Collaboration & PD Support team is a group within Engineering Enablers at Complete Vehicle Engineering. We are Change Leaders, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Business Architects, equipped with domain knowledge for our areas, leadership skills and a great business knowledge.
What you’ll do
In this role you will be working with Data Driven Transparency (DDT) to transform R&D into a world-class data-driven product development organization based on regular Performance Dialogues as a means for transparency, collaborative decision-making, and problem-solving across our company.
Your main purpose is to enable, develop and support teams on all levels, with clear and usable tactical and strategic solutions in the Data Driven Transparency domain. You will coach the teams in the product streams to become proactive instead of reactive by connecting our business needs to the overall company objectives, and at the same time give hands-on support to the business with easy How To’s and trainings.You work together with the teams in order to find the right questions to ask in the Performance Dialouge.
You and your skills
We believe you have a degree in Engineering or Business Administration as well as extensive experience from Volvo Cars product development processes and the agile way of working. You also need extensive experience from working with the Microsoft Power platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure) and a good understanding of team culture, performance dialogues, KPIs and metrics.
On a personal level, we believe that you like to dig in and get things done! Your excellent communication skills and positive energy helps you to support the teams to create flow. You are responsive and humble with great experience from your own transformation journey to an agile mindset. You also have a technical interest in data, and a personal drive to self-develop within the area.
