We are looking for an Experienced Performance & Improvement manager to break down problems, review which ones are worth solving and where required, lead strategic cross functional project teams within Business Operations GFGO.
In this role, you will implement significant Operational and Cultural agendas calling for considerable changes. The successful candidate will have a proven work ethic to deliver desired results, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, outstanding presentation skills, and a drive towards getting things done.
What you will do
Develop and execute a framework around gathering simplification and responsible consumption idea generation, qualification, and execution
Perform high-qualitative analysis and track improvement initiative progress and impact
Prepare and support GFGO Governance, e.g., LT Meetings, Business and Operational Reviews and be the enabler to drive the projects on schedule.
Perform deep dive analysis in strategic areas as per request from executive stakeholders
Play a key role in developing a culture of Responsible Consumption within Ericsson
Connect with senior business stakeholders, translating business needs and challenges into solutions that reduce waste and lead time.
You will bring
Proven problem-solving skills. Analytical by nature and feels comfortable working with ambiguity. Having a Six Sigma Black Belt certificate is a plus.
Experience in delivering management consulting projects and projects workstreams
Ability to mobilize cross-functional teams that implement change management across the GFGO and the business to deliver comprehensive programs critical to the business strategy.
Sought-after and energizing Executive-level collaborator and relationship builder with a track record to get fast results in a highly matrixed organization
Strong communication ability (team, written, stakeholder, executive, customer) and robust and expressive thought leadership.
