Job Description: ?Do research work on End to End Service modeling, to investigate and create different kinds of services model. ?Identify and output the overload scenario which may depend on service kinds in complexity network and system device. ?Do research and compare Overload Control Strategy in telecom industry, the area which may cover the method to detect or monitor the overload, overload protection step by step, and performance monitoring during overload condition. ?Participate in the load control and overload control improvement work of products, to enhance network elements overload control capacity. ?Participate in the overload control design guideline internal, and may extending to contribute in industry standard work. Essential Skills required: ?Have good knowledge on overload control principle. ?Have good experience in network and network elements overload control analyse and design. ?Experience in use of network optimization and performance Tools for capturing of required measurements. ?Experience in simulation of Network related KPI, QoS Performance. ?Knowledge of Radio network or core network service model very well, should have analytic experience on control plane or user signalling congestion, preferably had taken part in the work to tackle typical congestion problems in the field. ?Have experiences with end consumer behavior affecting on network, or device (node) behavior affecting on network. ?Have experience in overload control standard work, e.g., M2M or IMS overload control existed in industry standard. ?Have design experience on Router traffic model and traffic control. At least 3 items above are required, its better the candidate have more knowledge in others. Additional skills required: ?10+ years of experience in the area of telecommunication ?Fluent speaking and writing in English ?Good communications and presentation skills ?The ability to communicate and work in multicultural team environment ?The ability to develop innovative solutions and prove them
