About the position
In this role, you will work as an integral part of our eMobility Performance management team and take ownership for key metrics together with the eMobility team in the Nordics. This department focus on the overall charging solution, spanning from the sales processes throughout the ongoing operations, in order to meet our customers’ needs. You will be part of a team with an international atmosphere which are characterized by positive energy and where we value to always help each other.
As Performance Manager your key responsibility will be to develop and manage fitting KPls and to identify improvement potentials in our Sales-, Deployment- and Operations teams. While the role requires you to dig into the numbers, you will also be surrounded by, and work with, an enthusiastic team of eMobility experts. In particular, our business developers are looking forward to welcome you on board, and will help drive operational improvements within our processes, systems, organization, or wherever you may identify opportunities. Other key internal stakeholders are our finance colleagues and our global eMobility team in Essen, Germany.
Your main tasks will include, but not be limited to:
* Lead the development, implementation, and interpretation of performance data in collaboration with responsible team members
* Act as key advisor to the management and contributor on process development and optimization in the area of eMobility
* Track the status of operational and development projects
* Undertake ad hoc analysis to support decision-making
* Contribute to the overarching E.ON Drive Nordics strategy and annual planning processes
As we are a diverse organization operating across the Nordics, internal communication is primarily conducted in English. This position is located in Malmö.
