Monitoring application performance to ensure Service Levels are met..Overall responsibility for preventative maintenance..Analyzing and, when necessary, initiating mitigation actions regarding application performance and availability.. Ensuring non-functional requirements are satisfactorily covered in application development projects.The position requires close cooperation with numerous stakeholders including partners and suppliers, system managers, solution experts and other performance managers within the IT organization.Requested competence A relevant academic degree or equivalent qualification is required.Experience working in system management, in particular in the operational area, and project management skills are an advantage.
