Scandic is at the start of a journey to modernise our customer acquisition methodology with a focus on broadening our channel reach, putting proper attribution in place and personalising our guest journey through data. No other industry has as many touch points with the customer as the hotel industry and we want to maximise our impact in all of them.

We offer an exciting role within our performance marketing journey at Scandic HQ, working in close collaboration with our Marketing and Ecommerce departments. You will be working in one of the most competitive digital landscapes there is with the aim to capture an unfair share of the market.

Responsibilities:

- Evolve the setup and reporting of always-on marketing activity, ensuring accuracy and providing analysis of marketing activities within the Performance Marketing team
- Connect the dots between overall commercial analytics and tracked performance of always-on marketing channels and challenge results based on analysis
- Oversee marketing tracking implementation and ensure the overall reporting setup is accurate, transparent and insightful
- Ensure always-on marketing analytics connectivity with Scandic’s BI team
- Work closely with analysts across the wider business to ensure alignment, innovation and adoption of best practices in analytics

What are we looking for?

- An expert in Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics who can own and evolve our insight and capabilities across reporting suites
- Expert knowledge in tracking implementation and reporting
- A problem solver with the ability to draw conclusions, explain and advise on strategic and tactical recommendations
- Good understanding of paid-marketing landscape
- Technical knowledge of advanced report automation, API and feed solutions
