About the role
We are looking for Performance Marketing Managers to work with our Global Marketing Team, a passionate and diverse group of people. Our performance marketing team works with a broad media mix, including Facebook, Instagram, Snap, Twitter, Tiktok, Google, Youtube, Bing, Programmatic and more.
We are now looking for Performance Marketing Managers, specialised in different channels; Google Ads, Paid Social and Display & Video (Programmatic). You will be owning one of these areas and work hands-on in ad accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing global online marketing accounts, taking ownership of your channel of expertise, for one of the most successful audiobook companies in the world. You will plan, execute, analyse and improve our marketing activities, together with other Performance Marketing Managers and a Marketing Analyst. Together with inhouse designers and the local markets at Storytel, you will collaborate and plan campaigns.
You will be reporting to the Global Head of Performance Marketing. Some of the roles will include overall responsibility for a few countries, where you will work closely with our country managers and local teams.
Responsibilities
Bring User Acquisition to the next level
Collaborate for improving the whole funnel from impression to purchase
Ensure correct set up of the global accounts to maximize outcome both in Web and App.
Monitor selected KPI:s and to identify potential issues or opportunities to improve the performance of the media channels you are responsible for.
Work with Local Markets and Identify trends, gaps, and proactively drive improvement of our media mix.
Build a known and liked brand, together with our creative team
Make the best use of machine learning and automation for result and efficiency
About you
3+ years of work experience in a relevant position
Both strategic and hands on experience in either; Google ads, Facebook ads or Programmatic Display & Video
Experience in Mobile App marketing
Experience in subscription services is a big plus
Good knowledge and hands on experience in Google Analytics and Firebase. Experience in Adjust is an advantage.
Understanding on ROI based on Life Time value and Attribution
Experience in marketing automation
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
We believe you have managed global accounts/multi markets for both web and app. In this role we also think it’s important that you have strong communication skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
