Performance Marketing Manager

Performance Marketing Manager wanted.
We’re looking for someone to oversee the entire customer journey from acquisition through loyalty and all the way to becoming brand ambassadors. This would put you in charge of ushering customers – old and new – through all the stages of being Fractal fans. We’re offering a full-time position as Performance Marketing Manager at our HQ Marketing department in Sisjön, Göteborg.
Responsibilities and duties
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute campaigns that focus on promoting brand awareness, driving traffic and ultimately generating product demand. You get to work daily with marketing colleagues around the world on regional marketing activities, go-to-market plans and push-pull-campaigns (just to name a few). This puts you at the forefront of the digital landscape, and places our Newsletter and eDM-program directly in your care.
These are some of the most important areas you will focus on:
Marketplace campaigns and advertising schedules including deployment and ongoing optimization.
Amplification of product launch activities as well as brand campaigns.
Paid search, social & display - including keyword optimization.
Execution of fan acquisition campaigns together with the social team.
Channel marketing/advertising, driving traffic to our key partners.
Reporting and delivery of campaign reports according to current KPIs and targets.

About you
Apart from a relevant college education (or something equivalent), you come from at least two years of solid work experience within Paid Media. Your English is every bit as good as your ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook – and your ability to keep track of all the details while never losing sight of the bigger picture is one of your strongest assets. You’re also passionate about teamwork and assuming personal responsibility. Maybe you’re even pro-active enough to have already started phrasing your application letter.
This is a full-time position at Fractal Gaming HQ in Sisjön, Göteborg. You will report to the Head of Paid Marketing, who is your immediate supervisor.
