We're now looking for an addition to our Global Digital Marketing team. We are known for our innovative digital marketing and always strive to be in the forefront in everything we do. This is where you come in. We want you to help us become more innovative, smart and effective in our advertising planning & operation, shorten lead times and increase control of our online marketing eco system.

YOUR CHALLENGE

In this role you will join the Global Digital Marketing team located in our Stockholm office. You will be an important stakeholder in the team by planning and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets, with focus on ensuring digital growth and performance.

You will also be:

- Responsible for digital growth, media planning, budgets, innovation & personalization on local markets for digital marketing channels such as Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, search, display, video etc.
- Track digital campaign performance and set objectives and key results together with key stakeholders (based on company-wide goal setting) - throughout the whole marketing funnel
- Working with local stakeholders to drive potential growth based on their local expertise
- Working continuously with testing, creatives, optimization, measurement, and analysis to continually improve our digital performance and growth
- Be involved and drive projects within the digital team and across departments such as UX/CRM/IT/Influencer Marketing
- Advise on digital marketing strategy in other sales channels such as marketplaces & affiliate marketing
- Work strategically & ensure performance with our partners and agencies


WHO YOU ARE

You have experience within the digital marketing ecosystem and have been working with developing marketing plans from start to finish across multiple channels, and have a good understanding what role each channel plays in the marketing funnel. We believe that you want to be a big part of our continuous journey to becoming an agile, innovative and data driven digital department. And we will have fun on the way!

We also see that you:

- Have minimum 3+ years of working experience in digital marketing from client or agency side
- Can handle multiple tasks in a fast and always evolving business
- Are self-driven with a thirst for knowledge & constant development
- Want to work globally
- Proven track record of working with strategic planning within the whole digital marketing ecosystem and feels comfortable in decision making across channels - for best possible performance.
- Has a good understanding of other channels such as affiliate marketing, Influencer marketing is a plus
- Know how to have fun!
