Now we are looking for an experienced, creative and innovative Marketing Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. This is a temporary position with start during spring 2022 until beginning of 2023.
The Position

The Marketing function’s main mission is to contribute to ensure that the NENT vision comes to life: To be the leading Nordic streaming service provider and content producer with a global appeal. Our function is responsible for all marketing activities across all of NENT’s brands and markets.
Our Performance Marketing team is responsible for the paid marketing for all of our channels, including SEM, SoMe, Programmatic etc. Your role in this team would be to act as a channel owner for our Affiliate activations, administrate and align performance activities within the marketing function and other functions within NENT. As a channel owner you’d be tasked with aligning strategies and, together with our agency, setting up campaigns to reach sales goals, both for always on-campaigns and special events such as our own original series and our sports rights like the Premier League. The team is in direct contact with and reports to the Head of Digital Marketing in aligning strategies and setting up campaigns to reach sales goals, both automatic and our always on-campaigns to special events.
We have high ambitions in securing an effective performance marketing setup. The team works across almost all of our brands and markets when it comes to optimized performance marketing.
Concretely you will be:
- The channel owner for Affiliates - ensuring high quality work both from NENT and partners.
- Administration of weekly and monthly tasks and aligning on priorities together with Head of Digital Marketing
- Implementation and optimization of set marketing and conversion strategies.
- Ensure actionable and correct reporting is in place and shared with set stakeholders.
- Recommendations of Performance Marketing strategies and tactical updates to relevant stake holders.
- Contribute to a strong corporation and day-to-day coordination with internal stakeholders and external media agencies
- This role include being a main point of contact with our agency
- Contribute to “one integrated media strategy” across all media for every NENT activity & campaign

What we are looking for
We are looking for a person with strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Since we are a proactive and engaged team, we believe that you are passionate about helping others and understands the value of working closely together - both with internal and external colleagues. We believe in being bold, having fun and are not afraid to try new things.
To be ideal for this position, we believe you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
- 4+ years work experience within Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with relevant channels (SEM, display, affiliate, SoMe)
- Understanding of and hands-on experience with GA
- Experience in 3rd party tracking, pixel implementation and conversion
- Experience from working in the Office suite and Google Sheets
- Knowledge in Google Marketing Platform, Smartly and/or similar tools
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
