As a Performance Marketing Manager you will be:
- Responsible for buying, bidding on, and analysing paid traffic via social channels and search engines in order to generate leads to our sales team
- A/B testing and optimising ads/content/landing pages
- Creating weekly and monthly reports
- Operationally managing collaboration with SEO agency
- Working closely with our Pre-sales team and content producer

You will also:
- Be part of shaping your own role and the marketing team
- Growing Teamtailor’s brand in international markets ??
- Have full ownership over your own work from start to finish

- A self-motivated doer who works proactively with scalability as a mindset
- A self-aware and humble person who is naturally spots opportunities
- Educational background within online marketing (SEM, SEO, analytics, digital advertising, web analytics)
- Experience working with SEM at a digital marketing agency

Nice to haves ??
- Experience from affiliates, SEO
- Language skills in French or/and German
