Performance Marketing Manager

Working as a Performance Marketing Manager at Est Populo, you will get the opportunity to lead cutting-edge projects for globally recognized brands. You'll be working closely together with key clients & with some of the most talented people in the industry in a fast-paced environment.
Your Future:
Working data-driven and around Key Performance Metrics (GMV, customer targets etc.)
Day to day management and development of the Performance Marketing team.
Key account management of key clients across markets.
Constant follow-up how the performance is compared to the targets + spending compared to budget and if any changes need to be made throughout the month.
Responsible for any recruitment and on-boarding of new employees within Paid Marketing
Overall responsibility for workflows and processes (new systems, platforms etc).

Your Past & Skills:
2-4 years of experience within Paid Marketing.
Deep knowledge within Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Experienced in leading cross-functional teams
Experienced in budget allocation & optimization
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
Experienced in B2C e-commerce
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or in other relevant areas.
(Preferred) Fluency in an additional language.
