About the job
As our new Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for our paid online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution and optimization across channels. You will perform A/B tests on creatives, copy, and more to increase conversion rate, minimize CPL, and research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition.
You will be part of our marketing team who enjoys and appreciates the collaboration to ideate on ad creatives and maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
Your main responsibilities also include:
- Manage all elements of our paid B2B advertising campaigns including strategy, planning, implementation, optimisation, budget management and performance reviews across all channels in various markets with the goal to generate high-quality leads
- Collect and analyse data, identify trends/insights to achieve targets and KPIs using channel dashboards, as well as Google Analytics, Power-Bi and HubSpot
- Challenge the status quo in a pragmatic way, to drive excellence across markets you are responsible for and to communicate learnings and best practices to the team
It’s also important to stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
About you
It's awesome if you are curious, test-happy and an outstanding communicator with the ability to sell and convince. We also encourage a data-driven mindset with strong capabilities to take on analytical challenges.
You probably have a BSc or MSc of Science in Business or relevant degree with at least some experience with paid online marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (for example Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
It would be great if you also have experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results. Familiarity with programmatic advertising and tracking or attribution models with savvy spreadsheets skills would also be really nice. You are fluent in English and Swedish, another language such as Danish or Spanish would be the icing on the cake but not a must.
