We're now looking for an addition to our Global Media team. We are on a digital transformation journey and looking for a person who sees possibilities and finds new ways of working with digital marketing. We are currently active in 50+ markets and are constantly testing new countries where we can grow.

YOUR CHALLENGE

You will join the Global Media team located in our Stockholm headquarter office. You will be an important stakeholder in the team by planning and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets. You will also be responsible for boosting our content on social platforms and have a close collaboration with our social and influencer department.

- Together with the media team be responsible for digital growth, media planning, budgets, innovation & personalization on local markets for digital marketing channels such as Facebook/instagram, snapchat, search, display, video etc.
- Together with the media team create an overall boosting strategy and align tactics across our different departments; own social, influencer marketing and digital marketing.
- Boosting on our social channels (IG + FB): Defines and set target audiences for social ad campaigns, oversees A/B testing parameters and scheduling of the ads, manages the boosting budget.
- Creating monthly/yearly/campaign specific boosting reports. Ongoing analysis of the results and adapting of the boosting strategy.
- Boosting influencer content in channels such as Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok in order to boost visibility of the influencer's organic posts and drive better performance during our campaigns.
- Guide our influencer-team with best practice and guidelines for creators when branded content rights should be included in collaborations.
- Track digital campaign performance and set “objectives and key results” together with key stakeholders and the media team.
- Working continuously with testing, creatives, optimization, measurement, and analysis to continually improve our digital performance and growth.


WHO YOU ARE

You have experience within the digital marketing ecosystem and have been working with developing marketing plans from start to finish across multiple channels. Preferable you have worked in social media platforms and have experience from boosting content.

We also see that you:

- Have minimum 2+ years of working experience in digital marketing from client or agency side
- Have basic knowledge of how to work with Google analytics.
- Can handle multiple tasks in a fast and always evolving business
- Are self-driven with a thirst for knowledge & constant development
- Want to work globally
- Have proven track record of working with social media platforms.
- Have a good understanding of other channels such as affiliate marketing and Influencer marketing is a plus.
