Job Description


We are looking for a data driven and curious Performance Marketing Specialist to join Afound´s Marketing team. You will be responsible for optimizing Afound´s acquisitions in our digital channels with focus on paid media. You´ll plan, activate and follow up on our campaigns together with the team. In your role you will work close with our media agency Precis Digital. Key responsibilities include:
Plan, activate and follow up on marketing activities.
Ongoing optimization of Afound´s digital channels with focus on paid media.
Responsible for setting KPIs and deliver on them. For example, set ROAS targets and make sure we reach and hopefully beats them.
Together with the team set channel strategy and always on strategy.
Responsible for affiliate and referral marketing.
Work closely with media agency Precis Digital and make sure we get the most out of the partnership.
Work with internal channels such as traffic from H&M brands.

Qualifications
We believe you are a social and ambitious team player who enjoys working with a variety of people. To succeed in this role you are an analytical and curious person. You have a goal-oriented mindset and passionate about finding new ways to drive paid media. We also believe that you have an excellent understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
Experience working with paid media either on agency side or client side
Knowledge or interest in Google Analytics
Knowledge or interest in Google Ads
Knowledge or interest in Google Marketing Platform
Knowledge in Paid Social, mainly Facebook Business Manager
Experience from planning and optimizing marketing campaigns in order to drive sales and create best return of investment
Experience from working with Data studio, Funnel io, Google tag manager
Experience from working with Data Studio and Funnel io is a plus
Hands on experience from working with Paid Social, Google Ads and/or Google Marketing Platform is a plus
