Dina arbetsuppgifter
Our department System Analysis and Intellectual Properties at the Global Technology Center in Trollhättan is at the forefront of advancing and analysing next generation aero engine concepts and system capabilities, as well as supporting our business and marketing organizations.

In this role you will work with development of concepts for next generation engine systems from a life cycle perspective, i.e. from early concepts to end of life phases. You will work in close collaboration with academic research and partner programs.

Example of common tasks:

- Multidisciplinary design and optimization
- Integration of larger system into systems using a multidisciplinary approach
- Working with tools for performance modelling, like GasTurb and NPSS
- Performance evaluation

The job is located in Trollhättan.

Din profil
We are looking for you who meet the following requirements:

- MSc in aerospace or mechanical engineering
- Relevant courses in thermodynamics, gas dynamics, aerodynamics, performance analysis
and experience of relevant software
- Experience of research or work in engine system design and analysis
- Strong writing and presentation skills

It's a big plus if you also have:
- PhD in turbomachinery and/or aircraft engine system analysis
- industrial experience from the aerospace industry
