Performance Specialist

The Carton Bottle Platform is leading the development of a product portfolio, offering a competitive alternative to plastic bottles.The position involves approximately 50-75 days international travelling per year.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Establish, manage & follow-up reference lines at customers' sites, world wide.
- Perform Operational Audits and drive and coordinate Efficiency Improvement Projects.
- Measure and monitor system performance.
- Ensure compliance to Corporate Standards.
- Manage Performance Notifications.
- Follow up KPI's related to system performance.
- Identify key opportunities for system performance improvement and participate in engineering prioritization.
- Configure and validate correct functionality of performance measurement systems.
- Drive internal knowledge sharing within system performance area.


Kvalifikationer

Since the position involves contacts both internally and externally it is important that you are communicative and service minded.You are analytical and to have the ability to prioritize.It is important that you are results oriented, can see what needs to be done and take action.You combine a holistic view with the ability to find the root causes of problems.

We believe that you have a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent.You have 3-5 years experience from technical service work, automation and/or mechanical, as well as experience from direct customer contact.Hands-on field experience is beneficial.You also have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
