Description

Drive & execute Performance Test phase of the Project to test Non-functional release or Minimum Loveable Product of the scope and functionality defined for the BOT Global Template underpinned by SAP S/HANA and Ariba technology to be implemented as part of a Cluster of defined countries in a single release.

Role description/Key Responsibilities:

- Full accountability for the delivery of the Performance Test Phase.
- Responsible for the creation, review and sign off for Performance Test Plans, Test Execution and Test Completion Reports.
- Leading Test Readiness Reviews and Test Completion Reviews.
- Hands on managing Performance testing with complex test requirements whilst utilizing appropriate testing techniques, tools and strategies to provide end to end testing solutions.
- Managing, influencing and negotiating with test delivery suppliers, partners and / or system integrators.
- Define, implement and measure key test KPIs to ensure high test & quality standards are achieved.
- NFR requirement gathering


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Performance skills absolute must as it’s a technical role
- Experience testing in the context of a large-scale SAP global rollout with cloud base
- Strong ‘hands on’ performance test experience (min. 5-7 years)
- Experience testing in the context of a large-scale SAP global rollout.
- Experience in complex business & technical environments involving multiple system integrators operating with a global delivery model.
- SAP Transformational change experience in large multi-cultural organisations & cloud-based SAP Implementations projects in a global rollout context
- Ability to drive teams in a diverse international & distributed team
- 5 years+ experience leading teams offshore and onshore
- Strong working knowledge of ALM
- Strong communication & decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting needs
- Strong stakeholder management across all levels


Preferred competence and experience:

- SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba, cloud & SAP Retail
- Functional experience of R2R, OTC, SP2, MDM
- Experience leading performance-based testing teams in multi-technology transformation projects
- Experience in driving performance script-writing and testing
- Experience in identifying a risk-based performance test scope based on locality, usage and transactional data.
- Experience in NFR requirement gathering in Greenfield environment
- Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work across all levels of business and IT stakeholders
- Strong background in functional testing
- Knowledge of Integration testing within complex landscapes within environment domain (Legacy Applications, MDM, S/4, cloud Azure, PaaS, SaaS, Google Cloud platform )
- Experience of working on Global Transformation Programmes
- 2 or more S/4 HANA Project implementation experiences
- Experience of using for Performance Testing on S/4 HANA Projects, Micro Focus LoadRunner with protocols like SAP GUI, HTTP/HTML & Micro Focus Performance Center & Analysis tool
