Persian-speaking support and finance manager

The work consists of acting as support for our Persian customers who call us from abroad and assist them with information and answer the customer's questions regarding their operations and services in Sweden and the Nordic countries.
Furthermore, the employee must be able to calculate the costs and profits and be able to perform financial analyzes and business plans for our customers who want to invest in various activities.
The employee must be well acquainted with the financial industry and be well acquainted with rules and laws regarding financial investments. Be able to develop a stable business plan and assist the customer with all advice.
The requirement for the Persian language is a must as most of our customer data is from Iran. Furthermore, the employee must have very good knowledge of economic terms in Persian in speech and writing and be able to draw up agreements in financial matters.
