Job Advertisement: Personal Assistant

We are currently seeking one personal assistant to support a 31-year-old man with autism, residing in the picturesque town of Sävast, just outside Boden.
Your future responsibilities will include providing support and assistance in the client's daily life. This encompasses everything from meals and hygiene to personal care and communication. But it's also about encouraging and participating in meaningful and enjoyable leisure activities. The client has a strong passion for music, and you'll have the opportunity to share in that joy and explore it together with him.
In this role, a calm and empathetic attitude is crucial to meet the client's needs, but above all, you must have a heart that is passionate about making a difference.
Experience and education related to the autism spectrum is an advantage.
Experience and education of Low Affective Approach, we see this as a significant advantage.
Low Affective Approach is an approach to understand and support the client in the best possible way.

Your work will be conducted where the client is, and workdays will vary, including weekdays, evenings, weekends and nights.
Requirements:
● Proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
