personal assistant part time evening

One of my assistants is moving and therefore has to leave her current position. I, therefore, have a position available i the beginning of September. The shifts are mainly located during the evening/early night, including stand-by hours. The job is suitable for someone looking for income while studying or as complementary income to other employment/business. The job is equivalent to app. 30% of full time but due to remuneration for unsocial hours and stand-by hours the income is approximately the same as half time day shifts. 

I’m a slightly older female cat-owner looking for a person to assist me with personal and practical tasks. I have personal assistance during days as well as evenings and nights.

The present position is a part time of  an average 14 hours/week (not counting stand-by hours) during evenings (generally 18.30-23.30) with standby hours (23.30-08.00) in connection to these. The evening shifts run according to a revolving 3-week schedule. Day shifts during the weekend every sixth week is also part of the schedule. 

I appreciate if you also can work extra if needed. But this is not a demand. The position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.

For me, personal assistance is a service profession so I am not looking for someone with care education or experience from such employment. You have to have integrity and be able to fit into different social situations as I sometimes work during evenings.

I live south of Stockholm city along subway line 17 and you have to live not longer than app. 30 minutes away from me due to the fact that stand-by hours are part of the employment. This is an absolut requirement.

You have to be fluent in Swedish or English (as these are the only languages I master). I have a cat so you cannot have allergies or be scared of cats. Due to the personal nature of my assistance I only employ women.
