About the company
Our client is a large producer for a fossil-free society - and a guarantor of safe and stable electricity supply. During a telephone interview with the responsible recruiter, you will receive more information about the company.
Main tasks and responsibilities
In your role as Personal Assistant to to the head of Legal and Compliance you will be responsible for:
- Travel and hotel reservations, primarily to the head of L&C, but as support for the team members at L&C Sweden in the HR self-booking system.
- Administer the calendar and meetings - Head of L&C.
- Arrange meetings, meeting requests, conferences, strategy days, workshops, etc. - external and internal and departments meetings - L&C.
- Administer invoices (in SAP).
- Administer signing of corporate documents, e.g. minutes at board meetings, general meetings and annual reports when necessary for other Sydkraft Group Companies.
- Administer letters, reports, power of attorneys, delegations etc. (incoming and outgoing documents) for L&C.
- Introduction of new employees at L&C - inform about the administrative processes. When required order phone, computer, keycard etc.
- When necessary, order and take care of lunch delivery etc. during meetings.
- Administer other general departmental matters at L&C, when required and asked for.
We offer you
This position is initially a consulting assignment via Clevry where you will be employed as our consultant while working at our client. The assignment lasts for 6 months, where the ambition is that you will be offered a permanent employment thereafter.
Your qualifications
- Experience as an assistant at management level.
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office package and existing business systems.
- Speak fluent Swedish and English in spoken and written terms.
- Act with integrity and used to handle confidential and business sensitive information.
- Deliver within set time frames
- Good organizer, with a good working ability.
- Development-oriented and responsive in order to contribute to the development of operations in various ways.
